Human Resources Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Clarify the recruitment demand，provide the talent fullfillment solution ，monitor the recruitment progress，ensure the recruitment completion within the reasonable expectation.

C&B & Compliance: Supervise payroll administration and attendance tracking; ensure 100% compliance and accuracy.

Performance & Development: Execute performance appraisal systems and identify training gaps to enhance workforce productivity and technical skills.

Labor Relations: Manage employee grievances and maintain a proactive dialogue with the workforce to ensure a stable industrial relations environment.

Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the HR team, optimizing internal workflows to provide high-quality service to all departments.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
