What You’ll Do
Overall Administration support of daily work of HR Leader and HR Team (booking invoices, handling and registering contracts, keep close contact with Legal Department and Finance Department) Update information and data on Intranet and company documents Managing business card orders for employees Administration support for compensation & benefit processes Support work of HR Team in preparation for Newcomers (prepare necessary documents, update necessary company information) Helping with the organization of company events, trainings, monthly meetings, social corporate activities, and employer branding Preparing HR presentations and reports Assistance in resident permit application and relocation processes Active participation in trainee recruitment, interviews, and on/off-boarding Support in travel and hotel management regarding business trips HR reporting and administration in HRIS and internal documents Active support in foreigner employees onboarding & soft-landing p...
