Job Description
HVAC Engineer
To provide engineering support to complete planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
What You'll Do:
- Carry out planned maintenance on all air conditioning equipment in line with the PPM planner
- Complete AHU filter changes in line with the PPM planner
- Maintain up-to-date records of work carried out within the site F–Gas file and complete all necessary site paperwork as directed
- Complete all permits and documentation required to complete the tasks in a safe manner
- Complete reactive maintenance requests as required
- Maintain plant and services to ensure optimal operational performance in a safe, efficient, and economic manner
- Complete reactive maintenance calls on all HVAC systems
- Undertake fault finding and diagnosis of technical issues
