HVAC Estimator II

The Commercial HVAC Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating costs and preparing bids for HVAC and plumbing projects primarily focused on commercial buildings. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of HVAC and plumbing construction to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals.

Responsibilities

• Estimate costs for commercial HVAC and plumbing projects
• Prepare and submit project bids
• Must know Take offs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing estimation
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing construction
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Familiarity with Trimble software for cost estimation and project management
