Key Requirements:    

• 3-5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Experience installing mini-split and heat pump systems.
• Ability to read plans and installation diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
• Verify that installations meet code requirements and safety standards.
• Run and connect refrigerant lines, drain lines, and electrical connections.
• Perform system startup, testing, and troubleshooting.    
• Conduct work safely in warehouse and residential environments.
• Ensure crew members follow company safety procedures.

.Shifts:

• Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays
• 0800-5PM
