Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timeline on a timely manner
- Coordinate and manage and liaise with logistical services providers, suppliers, contractors and clients.
- Monthly reporting to project manager on project progress
- Troubleshooting and resolving HVAC system issues within projects.
- Develop project balance summary sheet and control project balance.
- Arrange for billing of projects.
- Document submissions.
- Arrange manpower from manpower suppliers.
