HVAC Site Engineer

Supervise the installation of HVAC systems including CHW, AHU, FCU, piping, DX systems, split package units, VRF systems, ventilation, and smoke extraction.

Responsibilities

• Manage site technicians and subcontractors to ensure work meets specifications and project requirements.
• Handle testing and commissioning activities.
• Assist in estimation, prepare RFQs, and collect and compare supplier quotations.
• Support technical documentation, material submittals, method statements, and RAMS.
• Provide site input for shop drawings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years HVAC experience in the UAE (mandatory).
• Contractor-side experience (mandatory).
• Strong site execution background (mandatory).
• Good understanding of CHW, DX, VRF, and ventilation systems.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• AutoCAD (preferred)....
