**Location:** Field-based (with periodic coordination with the office)
Position Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day field leadership of construction crews for assigned scopes of work within the division. This is a field-based position that ensures work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications. Superintendents coordinate layout, equipment, materials, trucking, and labor for their assigned scope, and serve as the primary field contact for the office team. Key Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Layout
- Receive and review job packet from hand off meeting which will include plans and specifications- Support and train foremen on layout and production expectations.- Maintain a visible presence in the field during active operations.
Crew & Foreman Coordination
