Description:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Multifunction, facilities-focused engineering role combining:
o HVAC systems
o Chiller plants
o Mechanical utilities
o Building automation / controls
• Supports:
o Operations & maintenance escalation and troubleshooting
o Equipment overhauls
o Capital and expense projects (GMP and non-GMP)
• Involvement across:
o Scope development
o Contractor onboarding
o Vendor quote/proposal review
o Commissioning, qualification, start-up, and project turnover
• Works within a regulated pharmaceutical (GMP) environment, including:
o SOP updates
o Change controls
o Regulatory compliance
