HVAC Technician (Facilities Management)

Job Requirements:

• ITI Certification or Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of proven GCC experience.
• Strong practical capability to diagnose and repair heavy commercial HVAC systems including FAHU, AHU, FCU, and split units.
• Exceptional physical stamina required to work in extreme summer temperatures (exceeding 45°C) on open rooftops and cramped mechanical rooms.
• Basic English communication skills to interpret digital work orders, update the PDA system, and interact professionally with residential tenants.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules on assigned building cooling systems to prevent sudden breakdowns.
• Respond immediately to emergency breakdown calls, diagnosing compressor failures, gas leaks, or electrical faults within strict SLA timeframes.
