QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent;At least five years’ experience preferred;General computer knowledge;Ability to read and understand diagram blue prints;Experience in soldering or welding preferred;Knowledge of state and local building and safety codes;Valid drivers’ license.LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing;Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation;Must be able to promote positive behavior in others;Ability to utilize the internet, intranet and e-mail;Ability to utilize radio and paging system.
