HVAC Technician

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We are a property management services company known for clear communication, quality repairs, and timely delivery. This role involves residential and light‑commercial HVAC service, repair, and installation across a variety of projects, including renovations and general maintenance.


Responsibilities


+ Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems

+ Complete same‑day repairs when possible, including part replacement

+ Install HVAC systems, ductwork, and thermostats per manufacturer specifications and code

+ Diagnose and repair HVAC‑related electrical and plumbing components

+ Work collaboratively with contractors and internal teams to meet project standards

+ Provide excellent customer service to residents and homeowners
