*Job Location:* Stuarts Draft, Virginia *Position Type: * Hourly The Hershey Company Stuarts Draft plant is a Non-Union plant producing products such as Reese's (peanut butter cups, FastBreak, Sticks, Pieces, filled shapes and NutRageous), Baking Chips, Take5, Mounds, Almond Joy, Whatchamacallit & Cookie Layer Crunch, in a high-speed complex environment * Pay:* * Starting pay range: $33.75 and $44.64 per hour depending on experience / skill level * $1.00 per hour shift differential for working 2nd or 3rd shift * Overtime potential * Manufacturing Incentive Plan (MIP) Eligible * Shifts: * * We require that you are flexible to work any shift, weekends, overtime, and holidays o Working hours would be 6:00 pm - 6:30 am on a rotating schedule (ie. 2 days on, then 2 off, then 3 on then 2 off, then 2 on then 3 off) o Initial training would be completed on first shift, typically for the first 3-4 months * Schedule assignments upon hire are determined by plant needs.
