Job Description

Become a key player at Wheels as a Customer Support Specialist in a hybrid environment. Focus on providing exceptional customer service and operational support while working closely with Account Managers.
In this role, you will facilitate a variety of customer requests through the effective use of CRM tools. Your responsibilities will include assisting with task management, responding to customer queries, and following up on communications as needed. As you gain experience, this role serves as a stepping stone toward becoming an Associate Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and manage requests in the CRM system
