Hybrid IT Support Analyst for AI-Driven Ops

CI&T in Medellín is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to optimize IT facility resources and support internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient IT operations and troubleshooting technical issues.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of IT end-user support experience, strong technical skills, and fluency in both English and Spanish.

The position is full-time, requiring on-site work 3-4 times a week.
