Hybrid Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Newstaff Employment is looking for an experienced Hybrid Senior Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for a successful recruiter to take ownership of an industrial desk and play a key role in its continued growth.

Location: Luton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £27, – £31, basic + uncapped commission (up to 12%)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities across the industrial sector

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Recruit warehouse, production, manufacturing and logistics staff

Manage temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
