Early Stage Support (Consumer Lending & Credit Cards)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and member-focused Early Stage Recovery Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our members’ financial well-being while helping to protect the Credit Union’s assets. You will engage directly with members whose consumer loans or credit cards are in the early stages of delinquency (0–30 days past due), offering compassionate guidance, financial solutions, and timely account resolution.
Key Responsibilities
+ Proactively contact members with past due consumer loan and credit card accounts within the first 30 days of delinquency.
+ Educate and counsel members on their financial obligations, helping them understand available options and develop manageable repayment plans.
