Responsibilities

• Create and maintain each client file including filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendar and trusted source.
• Perform end‑to‑end payroll of medium complexity: data input, monthly payroll calculations, final payment calculation, employee benefits administration (leave, claims, etc.), monitoring fund request and receipt against deadlines, and cash summary.
• Prepare and submit statutory submissions: Employer’s tax return and monthly pension submission.
