IAM & Cybersecurity Engineer - Leading FSI

We are working with a financial services organisation looking to hire an AVP-level IAM & Security Engineer in Singapore.

This is a hands‑on role covering identity access management, security controls, and cybersecurity engineering across enterprise, cloud, and on‑premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, PAM, RBAC, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes
• Integrate IAM tools with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and on‑premise systems
• Support security engineering across network, endpoint, cloud, SIEM, vulnerability management, firewalls, and IDS / IPS
• Monitor and respond to IAM and cybersecurity incidents, threats, and access anomalies
• Support security assessments, remediation, audit, regulatory, and compliance activities
• Lead or contribute to IAM and cybersecurity improvement initiatives
