About the Role

As an IAM Integration Engineer within the Workforce IAM team, you'll play a pivotal role in modernising Swiss Re's identity landscape. You'll be the bridge between application teams and strategic IAM platforms - guiding, assessing, and driving the onboarding of applications to Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud . This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your technical expertise, structured thinking, and communication skills will directly contribute to a safer, more scalable identity ecosystem.
