Iberia Regional Counsel (Employment Lawyer)

We're looking for a Regional Counsel (Employment Lawyer) to join our team in Malaga or Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day and strategic employment law advice for EPAM’s operations in Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta and Cyprus, as well as support other EMEA/APAC locations when required. You will work closely with HR leadership, legal peers and business leaders across multiple jurisdictions, advising on employment law compliance, employee relations and contracts, and providing legal support for transactions, data privacy and policy development.
