**Position Overview** Keep our communities fed.
Our focus is simple but meaningful, from our distribution centers to our offices — every employee of C&S and their family of companies works to help feed local families, neighbors, and communities. As an Lead Ice Laborer, you will be responsible to oversee and lead an ice production team as well as to fill in for any production slot when needed. This position involves completing general mechanical maintenance on equipment as needed and provides a great opportunity to learn about food safety!
