ICT Site Services Analyst (Temporary)

We are seeking a motivated ICT professional to join our Global ICT team on a temporary basis as part of the Site Services function in Querétaro. This role plays a key part in delivering a best-in-class end-user computing experience, supporting our global RD&A teams and enabling business continuity and innovation.

• Provide end-user support (remote and on-site) for hardware and software across desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Manage and resolve incidents through the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and SLA compliance. Install, configure, and deploy ICT hardware, software, and enterprise solutions following standard processes.
• Support enterprise device management using Microsoft Intune and Azure AD, ensuring compliance and security standards.
