ICT Support Officer - Port Lincoln
The ICT Support Officer is responsible for delivering specialist technical services that support departmental ICT network infrastructure and systems across Port Lincoln. The role combines hands-on technical problem solving with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support – Deliver second and third level support for server, network, desktop, and peripheral issues of varying complexity, providing troubleshooting, consultancy, and resolution services
- Customer Service – Provide a high standard of technical advice and assistance to Education system users, ensuring issues are handled professionally and efficiently
- Incident Management – Accurately record, track, and manage all tasks, incidents, and service requests within the ICT service management system
