COMPANY DESCRIPTION . RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with writers, producers, and the Ideation & Scripting Lead to evaluate drama proposals, scripts, and story concepts across the Chinese drama development slate, assessing creative quality, narrative effectiveness to support a sustainable and differentiated content pipeline. Shape and strengthen storylines, character arcs, and narrative structures to enhance dramatic impact, emotional engagement, and audience appeal across multiple projects. Identify and address creative gaps or development risks at both project and slate levels, recommending solutions to improve overall storytelling quality and consistency. Ensure scripts and concepts are creatively robust, distinctive, and appropriate for intended formats, platforms, and target audiences.
