Identity & Access Management Analyst

Primary Duties 1. Executes employee life cycle access activities including new hire provisioning, role changes, leaves of absence, and separations. Runs mover reports for business systems, monitors certification campaigns, and supports managers in completing User Access Reviews. 2. Processes access requests through IAM platform and IT service management system., assuring access is properly authorized and granted. Researches and documents approval requirements and provisioning paths for new or infrequently requested applications. 3. Administers hybrid Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments using PowerShell, handling bulk user management, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, conference rooms, capacity and calendar issues, blocked email investigations, external mail flow troubleshooting, and email address changes. 4.
