Goldtech Resources PTE Ltd is looking for a professional in Singapore to manage user accounts and access across various IT systems. Responsibilities include resolving a significant number of access-related tickets daily and ensuring compliance with operational requirements.

The candidate will also be responsible for writing user documentation and performing quality control on access data. You will collaborate with policy makers and act as a liaison between system owners and end users.
