IDM Analyst: RBAC, Access & Identity Management

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to analyze and support role matrix updates
• Perform application onboarding, including requirement gathering, build, UAT, and production deployment within the IDM solution
• Manage access review exercises, including reconciliation and consolidation into a centralized repository
• Review and maintain application access matrices
• Maintain Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules within the IDM system
• Support internal and external audits by providing required data

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Stay updated on identity management trends and contribute to security improvements
