IEM is looking for an experienced Team Lead to oversee powder coating processes in a dedicated, on-site environment. With at least 2–5 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for training team members, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards while promoting safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily operations of the powder coating team
• Set up and operate coating equipment and ovens
• Ensure proper surface preparation and handling
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on finished products
• Document production data and collaborate for improvements
Requirements:
