Imaging Specialist/Warehouse

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (part- time )
**Pay Rate:** $16.50 per hour

+ Prepare, sort, and index hard copy records for scanning per client-specific instructions
+ Scan documents to electronic format using scanning hardware and third-party software
+ Re-assemble and maintain records in original order after scanning
+ Perform quality checks of scanned files; identify and correct errors
+ Enter data manually for validation and verification as needed
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
+ Use pallet jacks, carts, and (if licensed) forklifts as required
+ Complete internal tracking forms and production documentation
