Immediate Start Day/Night Shift Production Operative

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Operative, Production Operative or Machine Operator? The NGS Operative role is working for an aerospace manufacturer in the Segensworth, Fareham area. The role is Monday to Thursday 2pm Midnight. The basic salary for this position is up to £28,500, however, there is a 25% shift uplift bringing the salary up to £35,625. The NGS Operative is responsible for the assembly of nitrogen generation systems used in aerospace applications. The role involves working strictly to engineering drawings, job cards and controlled build documentation to ensure components are assembled accurately and consistently to high-quality standards. A key part of the role is maintaining full traceability throughout the build process, including accurate completion of test sheets, batch records and other production documentation.
