About the Role
The Associate Immigration Consultant will play a crucial role in managing various immigration petitions and ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and file H-1B petitions (Form I-129), extensions, amendments & transfer
- Manage LCA filings, Public Access Files, and DOL compliance
- Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and USCIS audit notice
- Guide employees through consular processing and I-94 compliance
Qualifikation
- Bachelor‘s degree in a relevant fie
Required Ski
- Strong understanding of immigration laws and Procedere
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ski
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational ski
