Immigration Paralegal (Bogotá)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal with experience in U.S. immigration law and familiarity with Canadian immigration processes to support a busy immigration law practice. This role focuses on preparing employment-based and family-based immigration cases, managing documentation, and assembling complete application packages for attorney review and filing.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with an attorney. The goal of this role is to create a streamlined case preparation workflow where applications are fully prepared and organized prior to final attorney review and submission.
