Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact (POC) for large‑scale implementation overseeing installation, configuration and deployment activities.
• Develop and execute implementation plans in collaboration with project managers and provide regular status updates, risk assessments and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Represent implementation status in project governance forums and stakeholder meetings.
• Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing projects including software, testing and go‑live activities.
