Implementation Specialist

Position Overview: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the successful transition of new clients, coordinating all necessary activities from project initiation to go‑live and post‑implementation support.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, Remote/Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

• Synthesize Intake : Coordinate with Sales to review call notes and aggregate project details.
• Client Intros : Lead kick‑off calls to gather requirements and establish availability.
