Import and Export Specialist (Huejotzingo)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Annex 24 and 30 control in a Maquiladora company.
• Management of IMMEX Certification - IVA) - IEPS - PROSEC.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Familiarity with ISO9001 - IATF16949.
• Teamwork, high responsibility, proactive, and good communication skills.
• Self-disciplined; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent control of import-export documents (pedimentos, foreign trade folders, digital archive).
• Excellent management of the Annex 24 and 30 system.
• Prepare monthly Annex 30 reports for the government.
• Ensure that the information contained in the foreign trade system matches that received from the SAT (Data Stage).
