Job Description
Duties:
- Monitor delivery progress until the goods arrive at the warehouse.
- Prepare complete documents for import purposes (PIB).
- Checking data, documents and related customs duties.
- Monitoring the import and customs process goes according to plan.
- Communication with external parties (forwarders, suppliers, and others).
- Understand and comprehend the Import Flow starting from; Documents (Packing List, Invoice, B/L, LC & Insurance, ACFTA Form, etc.).
- Get a definite delivery date / ETD-ETA.
- Updating import process reports every day.
Qualifications
- :Bachelor degree in any majo
- rHave experience in the field of import documentation at least 2-4 years
- .Understand the flow of importing goods, starting from documents until the goods arrive
- .Fluent in Bahasa & English Languag
