Job Description

 SUMMARY:  
 An established seafood company is seeking an Import & Export Controller to support its clearing and forwarding operations by managing shipment documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliant and efficient movement of goods across international supply chains.  
 POSITION INFO:  
 Key Responsibilities  1. Shipment Documentation & Release   Compile full import/export documentation for shipment release  
 Prepare documents for shipping lines, Port Health, and DAFF approvals  
 Process Cargo Due Orders and ensure system updates (OTC/SAP) 
2. Logistics Coordination   Plan and coordinate container deliveries to cold stores within free time periods  
 Communicate with transporters, cold stores, and shipping lines  
 Monitor vessel schedules and daily shipment updates
