Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and follow‑up on urgent and time‑critical shipments
- HS code, permit, and documentation coordination with brokers and internal teams
- Regulatory documentation tracking and audit support
Required Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3–5 years hands‑on experience in import/export or customs clearance
- Familiar with Malaysian customs processes (LMW / FTZ experience preferred)
- Able to work with brokers, forwarders, and cross‑functional internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
