Import & Logistics Operations (Mandarin speaker)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full import process, including liaising with HQ for import documentation processing.
• 负责进口全流程操作，并与总部对接进口文件及相关资料。
• Communicate with freight forwarders and shipping agents regarding customs clearance documents and shipment arrangements.
• 与货运代理、船务公司沟通，跟进清关文件及货物运输安排。
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment arrangements and related documentation.
• 与财务部门协调付款事宜及相关文件处理。
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve any import or logistics issues.
• 跟进货物运输进度，及时协调并解决物流异常问题。
• Oversee local warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, stock counts, and inventory optimization.
• 负责本地仓库运营管理，包括收货、库存管理、盘点及库存优化。
• Supervise third-party warehouse service providers to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.
• 管理第三方仓储服务商，确保仓库运作高效并控制成本。
• Support the setup and daily operations of the local supply chain.
