JOB SUMMARY

As an Importation and Regulatory Assistant, you will support the Importation and Regulatory Officer in ensuring the smooth and compliant importation of wines. You will assist with various tasks related to import processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Importation Coordination : Assist in processing import permits and clearances from relevant government agencies, such as the FDA, BOC, and DTI.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with Philippine laws and regulations on importing alcoholic beverages. Monitor and renew company registrations, licenses, and permits related to wine importation.
