Import/Export Executive

Prepare and verify export documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

Coordinate with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Ensure export compliance with all international trade laws and regulations.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate with clients and internal departments regarding order status and shipping details.

Maintain accurate export records and reports.

Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and other international payment documentation, if applicable.

Assist in resolving shipping or customs-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in export operations or international shipping.

Knowledge of Incoterms, export compliance, and international logistics.

Strong organizational and communication skills.
