- Establishment and development of Heat treatment shop and Casting foundries, management of problem-solving processes with suppliers, process acceptance and routine audits.
- Support of selected suppliers within the scope of the Q-Focus program for Casting foundries and Heat treatment plant.
- consistent reduction of failure rates, support for material field Casting (Ferrous Casting) overarching problems
- Coordination and implementation of measures in production processes and measurement technology with suppliers.
- Material field expertise, feasibility study castings, support for casting projects and Heat treatment process establishment.
- Support Purchase Works Quality in problem solving and escalations during the year of assigned suppliers,
