1. Planning & Execution
Plan and execute formwork activities for concrete structures (dam, powerhouse, tunnels, etc.)Prepare formwork schemes and sequencingEnsure availability of required materials, tools, and manpowerCoordinate with planning team for execution schedules2. Formwork & Shuttering Management
Supervise erection, alignment, and dismantling of formwork systemsWork with various systems (conventional, steel, aluminium, modular formwork)Ensure proper staging, centering, and scaffolding arrangementsMonitor reuse cycles and maintenance of formwork materials3. Quality Control
Check line, level, verticality, and dimensions before concretingEnsure surface finish requirements are metCoordinate with QA/QC team for inspectionsEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, ...
