Job Description

Key Responsibilities 
Review and provide legal advice on title matters. 
Review and advise on corporate structures and governance arrangements. 
Conduct and manage litigation matters, including issuing and defending proceedings, debt recovery, and forfeiture actions. 
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial and property-related agreements, including but not limited to: 
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) 
Management agreements 
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) 
Headleases and underleases 
Letting agreements 
Partnership agreements 
Draft and review introductory agreements. 
Draft, review, and advise on tenancy agreements, including: 
Licences 
Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), including supported housing and care-related documentation 
Support eviction proceedings as required.
