Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all service requirements addressed to IRD and ensure their immediate action to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction.
- Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy, and an extremely high standard of social skills; display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and maintain a good company image with guests and colleagues.
- Work in close cooperation with the Kitchen and all other key service departments.
- Follow standard instructions for immediate guest care, telephone manners, and upselling.
- Ensure that no telephone is left unattended and practice impeccable telephone manners.
- Conduct a proper handover during shift change.
Qualifications
- University Degree or Vocational qualification in any field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or as a telephone operator / call center employee.
