What will I be doing?

As an Order Taker, you will play a key role in delivering a positive guest experience by handling room service orders with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism. Responsibilities include performing the following duties to the highest standards:

· Answer room service telephones and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

· Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including restaurant promotions, daily specials, preparation methods, and ingredients
