CONTRACT LENGTH: School Year - 8 hours per day
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Building Principal
POSITION SUMMARY: To supervise in the ISS area at all times, students who do not act appropriately according to policy/procedure in the classroom.
DUTIES: The ISS paraprofessional supervisor assumes responsibility for escorting students to and from the ISS area; obtains assignments from teachers for the students assigned to ISS; maintains order in the ISS room, according to the guidelines; maintain appropriate records as directed by the administration, including an individual file for each student assigned to ISS; (the individual file will contain records of days assigned to ISS, assignments completed, and othe...
