Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a home daycare setting.
• Prepare and maintain a clean, organized space, ensuring all activities meet safety standards.
• Create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities to support child learning and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding child progress and daily routines.
• Maintain cleanliness of the daycare and supervise child hygiene.
• Respond to any emergency situations in accordance with CPR and First Aid certification.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to review progress and address concerns during regular evaluations.
