In-Space Systems Operations Training Engineer Level III

The position is part of the In‑Space Systems business unit, focusing on space infrastructure and increasing on‑orbit mobility. It reports to Ground & Spaceflight Operations in Blue Origin’s In‑Space Systems business unit.

As a member of a small, passionate team, you will train flight operations staff, including ops engineers, AI&T, and engineering support. The training team ensures consistent, repeatable, and reliable mission support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute training for ops controllers, engineering support, AI&T, launch services operators, and payload customers for all vehicles within the In‑Space System program, using lessons, hands‑on events, and on‑site rehearsals.
